Jacob's First Visit to California!

On May to May we drove 12 hours to California to visit Jeremy's family and friends. For most it was the first time they met Jake. We stayed only 3 days, but amazingly Jacob did great in the car.

THE BEST DAY OF OUR LIVES

AFTER 18 HOURS OF LABOR AND 2 AND A HALF HOURS OGF PUSHING, JACOB LEE JACKSON WAS BORN ON MARCH 17, @ 6:45 PM. HE WEIGHED 8.1 AND WAS 19 INCHES LONG.

Church Baby Shower

Shelly Coleman and Erin Snipes hosted my church shower on February 16th. It was so much fun, the food was great. I received so many gifts and many hand made gifts like quilts, and crochet blankets.

I love my Church Family.

Personal Baby Shower

My mom, Lauren and Debe hosted a baby shower for me at my mom's house. All of my close friends, family friends and family came.

Jacob's Nursery

Yeah, we finally finished Jacob's nursery. It looks so great. Jeremy and I put the finishing touches this past weekend, we still have a little more left to do.

My mom and my sister helped me so much with decorating and giving me great ideas. And I can't forget about my friend Erin who gave me great tips for organizing and how to prepare for a newborn. She helped me in ways I would have never thought of!

My First Grade Class

Well here they are. My students. This are the students I've been talking to many of you about- this is definately the most difficult class I've had. God has given me a challenge and on top of that being pregnant too! But I love them all, and it will be hard for them and me to leave in March. We'll see if I can make it that far!They may drive me into premature labor!!! :)
